Yara is a free sleep optimization tool offered by Yara Bioworks. We provide a personalized sleep assessment, AI-powered supplement and routine recommendations, and an optional 7-day SMS coaching program to help you build better sleep habits.
By accessing or using Yara, including signing up for an account or enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Program name: Yara 7-Day Sleep Optimization Program
Description: When you enroll in our 7-Day Sleep Optimization Program, you will receive one (1) SMS text message per day for seven consecutive days. These messages include personalized reminders about your supplement routine, sleep techniques, and links to log your progress in the Yara app. Messages are tailored to your sleep assessment results.
Message frequency: You will receive a maximum of 7 text messages total over the course of 7 days (1 message per day). You will also receive transactional SMS messages for account verification (one-time passcodes) when logging in.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any messages you send or receive. Yara does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Carriers: Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Yara is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

By enrolling in the 7-Day Sleep Optimization Program, you consent to receive automated text messages from Yara at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time as described above.

All content on Yara, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Yara Bioworks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
Yara is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Yara Bioworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes related to supplement recommendations.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service. Continued use of Yara after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
